We try our best to keep our dealers informed about delivery dates. The general interest in leisure vehicles has increased very strongly.
The entire industry must adapt to these new realities. Production capacities have been increased in many areas, but not all measures take effect immediately.
In addition to the increased demand, there are other external factors that can lead to postponements.
Reasons for this include Corona-related influences, even if the situation is currently easing somewhat, as well as supply bottlenecks in the entire material supply chain. The entire industry sources the material to build the vehicles throughout Europe and we are currently also facing new challenges which, among other things, cause the delivery times of our material and chassis manufacturers to fluctuate. As we are heavily dependent on the supply chain, it is currently not possible to confirm fixed delivery dates.
We very much regret any restrictions and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, we as builders of the body can only influence this situation to a limited extent, but we would like to assure you that we are doing our best to meet the delivery dates originally stated. We keep our dealers informed about delivery date postponements due to chassis or material bottlenecks.
