Our vehicles are installed as a winter-compatible system and comply with the norm en1646-1 according to level 2. This states that a motorhome at 0°C outside temperature must have heated the interior within 2 hours to at least 20°C. This should be measured in the centre of the vehicle about 1m above the ground. Areas located away from the centre of the vehicle are not covered by this standard. This is the reason why there is no defect, since it can be demonstrated that the recreational vehicle meets the conditions of this standard.
Only at winter-proof according to level 3 an outside temperature of -15 degrees is the basis. Here the water system must remain frost-free. This Norm/Standard naturally requires extensive and specific to the
winter operation coordinated conversions and such winter vehicles
we do not 0.
